Murashova V.N. Analysis of heat technology of hot-rolled steel sheet production: state of the question

This paper addresses the issues of energy saving in such an industry as ferrous metallurgy, since this industry is one of the most energy-intensive, and for ferrous metallurgy energy saving issues are extremely relevant. The reasons for the high energy intensity of ferrous metallurgy are associated with significant energy losses during casting, rolling and cooling of finished products.
