Gordeeva I.S. Development of methods for utilization of coke heat at metallurgical plants
The purpose of this work is to review the methods and sequence of improving the process of production of metallurgical coke. The study of the energy of the dry coke quenching process using metallurgical carbonates, with the development of a promising scheme for energy supply using the heat of coke, and the thermodynamic analysis of dry coke quenching processes. A literary review is presented, which considers the heat technology of coke and considers the schemes of dry coke quenching plants with possible new methods for increasing the energy efficiency of the dry coke quenching process.
